I ordered flowers for my Mum in a nursing home as I haven’t been able to see her for months with the lockdown. I didn’t see them myself but when I phoned to check they had arrived the carers said they were absolutely beautiful and my Mum was delighted with them. Thank you for brightening her lonely day!!!

Even better than expected! In these strange times, it is reassuring to know that floral gifts are as advertised. In my case, the delivered product had even more presence than the advertisement. The only downside to the experience: the delivery confirmation arrived the day after the delivery date. The delivery took place on schedule though :) First time user of this service, and highly unlikely to be the last time. Good show all round, but the delivery confirmation aspect could be better.
